The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program
The EBB program provides help with internet cost. Help is available until funds run out, or up to six months after the pandemic ends.
Up to $100 is available towards some devices. This includes some laptops, tablets or computers through your internet provider. Check this list of internet providers for more information.
You may qualify if a person in your home meets any of the following:
- Loss of income from job loss since February 29, 2020, and income is less than $99,000 a year, or
- Receive food assistance through SNAP (food stamps), or
- Receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments, or
- Receive Medicaid or
- Receive Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit.
