Since Community Health Group was established in May 1982, we have been committed to coordinating high-quality health care that meets the needs of residents throughout San Diego County. Our staff reflects the members we serve, and we work with an extensive network of physicians who provide excellent care with an understanding of our members’ languages and cultural backgrounds.

As one of the longest-standing health plans in San Diego County, we take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Our team of dedicated professionals is focused on serving every member with care, respect, and attention. No matter the concern, large or small, we are here to help. Our Member Services Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with staff who speak English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Arabic. Additional language support is available to ensure all members can communicate comfortably. We respect your time and strive to assist you in a timely and courteous manner.
